Brushy Creek Park under water after Texas Floods

Skycam media captured the Brushy Creek Park under water a day after the Texas October Floods. This park is located on Parmer Lane between Cedar Park and Round Rock just north of Austin Texas. In the video you can see how close the water to touching the bottom of the bridge. You can also see the soccer fields completely under water.

DJI X5 Test at Aquarena Springs in San Marcos, Texas

SkyCam Media received a new Micro four-thirds camera this week, and we had to go try it out. What a great place to capture. The X5 is a real camera that uses real lenses. This means that you have to know how to setup a camera to get the most out of it. With the X5, we can now control all camera settings from the ground while the drone is flying. This includes Aperture, Shutter Speeds, and even focus. This video was captured a day before the Central Texas October floods of 2015.

Apache Pass Ice House 2015 event coverage.

The Ice House event at Apache Pass is building up to becoming one of the best RC events in the country. SkyCam Media was very happy to cover the event, and be part of the event. The event shows off all kinds of RC flying, 3D Airplanes, Pattern flying, Helicopters, and FPV Racing with Drones.
